Refund Policy

 

All sales are final. Please note, all credit and debit card charges will appear on your bank statement from Dusterz.

We do not accept returns since an item can no longer be considered new once delivered, and we cannot sell it to another customer. 

If you make your payment through a third party like Sezzle, we will not be able to cancel or refund your order.

If you have questions about an item, please reach out before purchasing.

In the rare case that an item arrives broken or you are having issues with your materials, please email support@ceramicsmokeware.com immediately. We require a photo of the damaged item and shipping box with a visible and legible shipping label.
